Imrit Kasapolli
Former Project Manager
Imrit Kasapolli has been the Project Manager of Zombie Soup and has made a major leap into his career, which is to start at Google – European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. Imrit has shown intense interest of always pursuing what he wants.
“Zombie Soup for me has been a life changing journey, which I will hold close to my soul and mind for the rest of my life, he said. You go through glory and failure for most of the time and you have so much space to make the best version of yourself”.
Imrit told us that when he started off in Zombie Soup, he had a very poor idea of how to do his job properly. “I ran around like a headless chicken, trying to do my job properly and find time for everything”.
Yup, this is how we pretty much remembered Imrit’s early days at the office; can’t lie to ourselves now it was very funny to watch!
When we asked Imrit on what drived you the most to become a Project Manager and how did he manage to build up?
“I worked day and night to become the better version of myself, reading articles and completing different tutorials to enhance my mind and improve my skill set.
I was in a way trying to race myself and win the main prize; which is to become the best. I also analyzed my colleagues and clients on how they would perform under high level of stress and heavy workload and tried to mimic their mindset of how things should work in a procedure, he tells”.
“With the hard work and determination of becoming the best version of yourself and looking at the “big picture” at everything in life has to offer you, I encouraged myself to challenge me even further. I applied to big influential companies that could offer me more challenges and opportunities; which became the next chapter of my life called Google – European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland”.
He is currently employed there and we are more than sure that he has a bunch of things to learn from each individual of each sector/project of an prestigious company. But the most important thing is that he can use everything that Zombie Soup has taught him in practice.
“To conclude this, you have to work hard for your dreams and whenever you fall down; you need to pull yourself up again because life is a race and you are competing against time.
Accept suggestions and feedback from your colleagues and family and do not take them for granted. Care about your colleagues and try to evolve them as much as you want to evolve yourself”.
“Work hard, be grateful and dont be afraid to dream”!
