This interview was funded by the American people through the US Agency for International Development (USAID Kosovo) within the USAID’s “Supporting Adolescents After Regular Teaching” program implemented by the Kosovo Education Center (KEC) in partnership with FHI 360 and Crimson Capital Corp. Together with Busulla, they managed to create a creative and informative video about what Zombie Soup stands for.
In this interview, Agon, the CEO starts off by telling the mission, vision and the amount of people that are currently employed in the different sectors of Zombie Soup.
“We have worked with the famous NBA star Dwyane Wade, US Army, insurance companies in New York, which in total the value are over 10 million USD” with 550 employers”, said Agon.
“I highly believe that the most important thing a person in the office posses is the orientation of their own career and what they want to achieve. The desire must beat fear!” stated the CEO.
Agnesa Belegu, the Game Director focuses on the cultural obstacles she and many other girls are facing; where gender bias in the gaming industry in Kosovo is still a problem that they have to deal with. “Everyone in this industry are boys and I never took that as a weakness. I challenged myself and society and never gave up. Because by the end of the day, all it matters is what I want to do; not if I am a girl or a boy”, said Agnesa.
